We understand that plans may change, and therefore, we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

For bookings with 5 or fewer players, we offer the option of a full or partial refund if the cancellation or partial cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the session start time. If a refund is not possible, the paid amount will be transferred to a TBV AxeMasters gift card, valid for 12 months. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the original payment.

For bookings with 6 or more players, a full or partial refund can be obtained if the cancellation or partial cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the session date. If a refund cannot be provided, the paid amount will be transferred to a TBV AxeMasters gift card, with a 12-month expiry date. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the original payment.

For bookings made within 48 hours of the session start time, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be granted. However, the option to transfer the paid amount to a TBV AxeMasters gift card with a 12-month expiry date is available. This transfer is also subject to a 10% processing fee deducted from the original payment.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for gift cards that have already been issued.

Rescheduled Bookings:

We are happy to accommodate reschedule requests as long as they adhere to the time frames specified in our cancellation policy. Please be aware that failure to reschedule within these limits may impact your eligibility for a refund in case of a future cancellation request.

Gift Card Use

Designated Venue: Gift cards issued by TBV AxeMasters are only valid for use at the designated venue or location specified at the time of purchase. The designated venue will be clearly indicated on the gift card and associated documentation.

Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable, and their cash value cannot be redeemed. We do not offer cash refunds or credits for any unused or partially used gift cards
