Axe Throwing Christmas Parties in Chatham and Northamptonshire

Been given the job of organising this year’s work Christmas party?

If you’re trying to find something the whole team can enjoy, and you’d rather not settle for another meal where everyone stays sitting with the same people they see every day.

Give Christmas an edge at TBV AxeMasters.

We offer fully instructed indoor axe throwing for Christmas parties, work teams, clubs and larger groups at our venues in Chatham and Northamptonshire.

No previous experience is needed. We’ll show everyone what to do, help them find their technique and bring a bit of friendly competition to the occasion.

A Christmas Party People Will Actually Remember

Axe throwing gives your group something to do together rather than simply putting everyone around a table.

There will be first throws, unexpected bullseyes, a few workplace rivalries and plenty of opportunities for bragging rights. The person who has been telling everyone they’ll be brilliant still has to prove it when they step up to the lane.

It works well for mixed groups because everyone receives coaching and gets the chance to improve during the session. You don’t need to be especially strong or have thrown an axe before.

Our Christmas group sessions are suitable for:

  • Work Christmas parties
  • Company and department get-togethers
  • Sports teams and clubs
  • Community and social groups
  • Groups of friends and family
  • Teams planning a January Christmas party after the busy season

What Happens During Your Axe Throwing Session?

Your AxeMaster will begin with a safety briefing and show the group how to throw correctly. You’ll then have time to practise, get individual help and find the technique that works for you.

Once everyone has started getting their axes into the target, we can introduce games and friendly competition. It’s welcoming for complete beginners, but competitive enough to keep the whole group involved.

Everything takes place indoors, so your Christmas party does not depend on the December weather behaving itself.

Christmas Parties at Fort Luton, Chatham

Our original indoor axe throwing venue is based at Fort Luton in Chatham, Kent.

It’s a distinctive historic setting for work teams and groups from Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester and across Medway. Coaching is included, no previous experience is required and free parking is available at Fort Luton.

If you’re organising for a larger group, contact us with your estimated numbers and preferred date. An alternative date is useful too, particularly if you’re hoping to book a popular Friday or Saturday.
